In this introspective project, I explore the phenomenon of self-sabotage by visually representing the mental weight and burden through a large, flower-covered paper lantern resembling a ball and chain. The exaggerated size symbolizes the heaviness of self-doubt, fear of success, and lack of motivation, while the vibrant flowers convey the nuanced nature of this burden, both hindering and occasionally propelling personal growth.
